Exciting Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

What We Offer:

• Full-Time Flexibility: 40 hours per week: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:15 PM, and rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM twice a month.
• Competitive Compensation: $17 - $18.50 per hour
• Remote Work Option: Start working from home after completing your training.

Your Role:

• Provide fluent communication (Spanish is a plus!)
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
• Accurately enter data into our systems.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on delivering world-class service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional customer service skills with a knack for problem-solving.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Strong organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
