Well-established insurance defense litigation firm with offices across New England and New York is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This role offers a dynamic caseload, strong attorney collaboration, and a supportive professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
• Review and organize high-volume discovery and document productions
• Prepare trial materials, including exhibit lists and evidence organization
• Draft medical chronologies, summaries, charts, and trial visuals
• Conduct legal research and gather case information
• File pleadings, motions, and court documents
• Assist with trial preparation in state and federal courts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Trial experience in state and federal court required
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and legal terminology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
