Our client is currently looking to build up their accounting team by bringing in a Staff Accountant! The individual who is hired for the role will be responsible for assisting with the monthly and annual close, reviewing and posting journals, and performing account reconciliations!

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and annual accounting journal entries required to close books, including adjusting entries, accruals, and reversals.
  • Review and post journal entries
  • Coordinate monthly close process with Accounting Management, including creation and distribution of financial reports.
  • Perform monthly analysis and reconciliations of key ledger accounts including Cash accounts, AR accounts, Prepaid expenses, and Accruals.
