Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing our client with the best experience imaginable while also using the opportunity to up-sell and cross- sell company products! This role is also remote with all equipment provided by the company!
Must be within 5 hours of Westborough, MA
Responsibilities of the Sales Representative/Customer Service:
- · Answering high volume of inbound calls from potential clients
- · Managing inbound emails and cases in a timely manner
- · Up selling and cross-selling all product offerings
- · Asking for referrals and identifying new opportunities
- · Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- · Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize & meet deadlines
- · Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
