What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist with scheduling, order processing, and account updates
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to support sales growth
- Follow up on leads and existing accounts to maintain and expand relationships
- Maintain organized and accurate records in company systems
What You Bring:
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Prior customer service experience (sales experience is a plus)
- Comfortable identifying sales opportunities and upselling when appropriate
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to commute to Westborough, MA
