Job Description

We are actively searching for a Recruiter/HR Generalist - to join our hybrid Human Resources team! This is the perfect role for someone looking to grow in their HR career! In this position, you will be responsible for leading recruiting efforts as well as processing payroll and providing assistance with the training and development of new and current employees while also assisting the HR Manager with employee relations, benefits and compliance!

 

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in an HR capacity as well as the following:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization
  • High degree of professionalism to maintain company and employee confidentiality
