Receptionist
Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to provide coverage during a 4-month maternity leave. This temporary position runs from March through the end of June and requires someone with excellent customer service skills, as you will be the face of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression.
- Answer and direct multiple phone lines efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate conference room bookings to ensure smooth meeting operations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Support tracking and organizing information in Excel for administrativ
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a busy phone system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Dependable and professional demeanor.
