We are excited to welcome a friendly, professional Receptionist to our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of an office, takes pride in staying organized, and feels comfortable in a polished, professional environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet visitors warmly and maintain a positive front-desk experience
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism
- Manage incoming mail and faxes by scanning and distributing them appropriately
- Prepare conference rooms and support meetings
- Schedule Zoom meetings and internal appointments
- Assist with printing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents
- Help open and maintain files and records as needed
- Submit building service requests when necessary
- Support general office and administrative tasks
- Assist with office supply ordering when needed
What Will Help You Succeed
- Experience in a professional office setting (corporate, medical, legal, CPA, or insurance preferred)
- Comfort using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Professional demeanor and respect for confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities over time
Experience with legal or case-related work is a plus, but not required.
