About the Opportunity:
A nationally recognized, Vault “Top Ranked” Am Law 200 firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate + Development Practice Group in either Stamford or Hartford, Connecticut.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected team that represents buyers, sellers, lenders, owners, and tenants in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including:
Acquisitions and dispositions
Commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial)
Real estate financing transactions
Joint ventures and redevelopment projects
Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate and financing agreements.
Conduct due diligence and coordinate closings.
Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients with a focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
4–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development work.
Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
Top academic credentials and proven transactional expertise.
Must be admitted to the bar in Connecticut (or eligible for admission).
Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
