About the Opportunity:
A nationally recognized, Vault “Top Ranked” Am Law 200 firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate + Development Practice Group in either Stamford or Hartford, Connecticut.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected team that represents buyers, sellers, lenders, owners, and tenants in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset classes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including:

    • Acquisitions and dispositions

    • Commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial)

    • Real estate financing transactions

    • Joint ventures and redevelopment projects

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate and financing agreements.

  • Conduct due diligence and coordinate closings.

  • Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients with a focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.

  • Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development work.

  • Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Top academic credentials and proven transactional expertise.

  • Must be admitted to the bar in Connecticut (or eligible for admission).

  • Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
