They are looking for a Property Controller who will be working with other Property Controllers and will handle financial statement work, GL management, journal entries among other things
•
Prepare annual budget and monthly updates
•
Communicate with firm accountants annually and as needed regarding year-end closing, profit, the available amount for allocations
•
Annual financial reporting for use by Management Committee in determining associate and staff salary increases
•
Participate in weekly Management Committee meetings and presentations on financial topics as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
•
Minimum of 8+ years of work experience
•
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively up, down, and across the organization
