Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction on-site.
Manage subcontractors, site contractors, and field teams.
Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.
Prepare cost estimates, monitor budgets, and maintain financial control of projects.
Schedule inspections, order materials, and address site issues efficiently.
Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
Oversee project closeouts, punch lists, and final approvals.
Enforce and promote safe work practices at all times.
General Contracting License required.
10+ years of commercial construction management experience.
Strong understanding of wood-frame building methods and materials.
Skilled in cost estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Construction Supervisor’s License (CSL) and valid driver’s license required.
Must have a clean driving record and ability to travel to various job sites.
Construction Management education or related field preferred.
Self-motivated, organized, and solutions-oriented professional.
This is an active, on-site role requiring frequent walking, bending, climbing ladders (up to 20 feet), lifting up to 75 lbs, and performing site inspections. Must adhere to all safety standards and procedures.
