Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: In-Office | Type: Full-Time

Do you thrive on connecting with people, building strong relationships, and uncovering great talent? We are seeking an energetic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across multiple locations. In this full-time, in-office role, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop creative sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruiting strategies

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both field and corporate roles

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job fairs, career events, social media, and community partnerships

• Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and online assessment tools

• Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates

• Promote and strengthen the employer brand to attract high-quality talent

• Support and enhance onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming new-hire experience

• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field

• 0–3 years of HR or recruiting experience (internships welcomed)

• Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn

• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new HR technology
