Salary: $100,000–$120,000 to start
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Financial Analyst to provide high-level financial leadership and program analysis support within a government-focused, manufacturing-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in complex financial oversight, government contracting, and strategic program support.
Lead financial and program analysis activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and sound business judgment
Ensure costs, fees, and program financials are well-documented and fully supported
Achieve goals through collaboration, negotiation, and effective communication
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
Support negotiations with government agencies, prime contractors, and international customers
Conduct complex analytical studies, identify trends, and interpret results
Support government compliance reviews and audit activities
Understand and support contracts such as FFP, CPIF, CPFF, CPAF, BOA, IDIQ, FMS, and Direct Commercial Sales
Participate in acquisition planning, contract requirement definition, and risk assessments
Support proposal development including cost estimates, pricing, RFP reviews, risk mitigation, and negotiations
Apply source selection processes including cost/price analysis, discussions, debriefs, and protest support
Perform program finance functions: BOE development, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, EVMS, EAC, forecasting, cash management, and risk management
Prepare for and support program reviews, audits, and contractual reporting requirements (CDRLs, EVM, cost/pricing, C/SSR)
Leverage IT tools and ERP systems (Oracle) to improve efficiency
Provide support for claims and litigation matters (ASBCA, USCFC)
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
At least 7 years of progressive experience in a government-manufacturing environment
Graduate degree or professional certification highly preferred
Expert-level knowledge of percentage-of-completion / EAC accounting
Strong knowledge of FAR, DFAR, CAS, and SOX
Experience with contract compliance and cost allowability
Emerging leadership ability with a willingness to mentor junior staff
Solid understanding of IR&D, B&P, direct sell, and allowable vs. unallowable cost
Strong financial analysis skills and deep understanding of financial principles
U.S. citizenship required
