A well-established insurance agency is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Commercial Lines Sales Producer to drive new business growth and expand our client base of small and mid-market businesses. This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven professional with expertise in commercial insurance sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a track record of success in B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new small and mid-market business clients.
• Identify, prospect, and generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts.
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored Property & Casualty insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to provide competitive quotes and coverage options.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and carrier products to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and policy details in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty commercial lines sales, with a focus on small and mid-market businesses.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a B2B environment.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
