Pricing Analyst

Location: Worcester (Hybrid - 2 days in office after training)

Company Overview: We are partnering with a large international manufacturer renowned for its innovative products and global market presence. Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a talented and driven Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers a high level of visibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting the Management Team and collaborating closely with Sales Channel Managers and Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Price Realization: Analyze and report on pricing strategies and their impact on profitability. Provide insights to support pricing decisions and adjustments.
• Book to Invoiced Sales: Monitor and reconcile book sales to invoiced sales, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
• Sales Mix: Evaluate the sales mix and its influence on revenue, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Market Share Gain/Loss: Track and analyze market share performance, identifying factors contributing to gains or losses and recommending strategic actions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial analysis, particularly within a manufacturing or sales environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
