Job Description
Do you enjoy assisting customers with their insurance needs? Do you take pride in guiding your customers through different policy options and assisting them to make appropriate changes as quickly and efficiently as possible? If you answered YES, then we NEED YOU! We are seeking several motivated, ambitious, customer-centric individuals to join our growing Personal Lines team.
Schedule will be: Monday through Friday 9:00am-3:30pm or flexible 4 days a week
Responsibilities and duties of the Personal Lines - Insurance Rep include:
- Provide assistance to leads that come through a website
- Provide advice, answer questions and cross selling related products
- Explain and quote insurance coverage
- Review and update policies
- Develop positive long lasting relationships with customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to existing and potential customers
Job Requirements
The qualified Personal Lines - Insurance Rep will possess the following:
- Active Property and Casualty License
- 3+ years’ experience in commercial lines insurance service
- Experience with computer insurance software.
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to prioritize work
