Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a PCA Program Coordinator. The ideal candidate will work closely with persons with disabilities to facilitate their participation in the Medicaid Personal Care Attendant Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and determine basic eligibility for the PCA Program
  • Conduct initial assessments and provide skills training to consumers
  • Assist consumers in identifying community resources and managing their personal care program
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support in core services: peer support, skills training, advocacy, and information and referral
  • Manage paperwork, maintain records, and ensure timely submission of required documents
  • Coordinate with Fiscal Intermediaries and handle the intake and application process

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the Medicaid PCA Program and related regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Participate in all department meetings and trainings related to the Medicaid PCA Program
