Partnership Employment is seeking a Receptionist for a part-time position with a great client of ours! Supporting the Director of the department, the ideal candidate will provide reception and administrative support, as well as assisting in the completion of an on-going special project!
This temporary opportunity is an immediate opening and may last up to 12 weeks, but the duration could increase.
Reception/phones. Taking detailed messages
Calendar management, email and verbal correspondence and coordination
Basic use of Microsoft Office, utilizing Word, Outlook, and potentially Excel
Assist with accounts payable/invoicing process.
Experience in similar reception and/or administrative role
Knowledge of basic accounting, invoices, or accounts payable process a plus
Organized, solid calendar management, and strong communication skills
Able to work part-time hours for the duration - *can be flexible with specific hours/work schedule.
