We are looking to add a dedicated Paid Media Specialist to join our collaborative, innovative, and hard-working team. This role will lead the advertising strategy and execution across a portfolio of businesses.  This person will help create and organically grow the digital presence, primarily focusing on social media, search, and email.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented Media Buyer to oversee all aspects of Paid Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, and Pinterest) for our portfolio companies. The Manager is an expert at placing ad units to maximize the qualified traffic driven to the website through to conversion. The Manger lives and breathes data to optimize campaigns across platform, ad unit, content, copy, CTA, and targeting. The Manager uses their natural creative instincts to create ads that engage the largest possible audience per channel without diluting the integrity of the brand. This is a full time role based at our company headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate the release of new content to the creation of new ad campaigns across Top, Mid and Bottom of Funnel Campaigns
• Build and optimize advertising campaigns on multiple digital marketing platforms, including DSP’s, search engines, and social networks
• Create strategic cross-platform media plans including branding, eCommerce, and direct response
• Provide data feedback to Marketing and Content teams to ensure the right content is being created to feed paid campaigns
• Create ad campaigns using existing media assets
• Build, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across the entire Facebook ecosystem
• Coordinate and write copy as needed to correctly portray the company in all phases of the funnel across owned and partner sites
• Utilize graphic design knowledge to create ad assets as needed
• Creatively identify, cultivate and measure effectiveness of new audiences based on social interests and web traffic
• Interface with eCommerce and data teams to segment previous purchasers and create tailored advertising campaigns based on customer type
• Create and optimize campaigns that meet key objectives, including positive ROAS, Lead Generation, and Branding/Engagement
• Analyze performance metrics across campaigns to better guide the content team
• Manage online data collection and conversion tracking to understand current performance on all platforms
• Manage on boarding offline data into online marketing platforms
• Manage reporting and budget monitoring across multiple clients and campaigns
• Interface with multiple vendors including publishers, ad networks, and ad tech providers to access inventory and execute ad buys
• Ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of ads deployed
• Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding of partner agencies, as needed
