Construction Project Manager (Crane & Rigging)
$95K–$120K + Benefits | Greater Boston Area

Seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead crane and rigging operations across complex construction projects. This is a fast-paced, field-focused role with high visibility and impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from planning through execution and closeout
  • Coordinate logistics: equipment, scheduling, site access, and sequencing
  • Develop lift plans and assess site conditions
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and field teams
  • Ensure safety compliance, permits, and regulations are met
  • Track project budgets, timelines, and performance
  • Problem-solve in real time as conditions change

Requirements:

  • Project management experience in construction, rigging, or heavy equipment
  • Strong knowledge of site logistics and safety standards
  • Ability to read plans and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
