Construction Project Manager (Crane & Rigging)
$95K–$120K + Benefits | Greater Boston Area
Seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead crane and rigging operations across complex construction projects. This is a fast-paced, field-focused role with high visibility and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from planning through execution and closeout
- Coordinate logistics: equipment, scheduling, site access, and sequencing
- Develop lift plans and assess site conditions
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and field teams
- Ensure safety compliance, permits, and regulations are met
- Track project budgets, timelines, and performance
- Problem-solve in real time as conditions change
Requirements:
- Project management experience in construction, rigging, or heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of site logistics and safety standards
- Ability to read plans and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
