Office Manager / Accounting Assistant (QuickBooks Required)
Pay: $30–$36 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager / Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and experienced in handling core accounting functions.
You will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting overall office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks
- Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks
- Assist with general office management duties as needed
- Ensure accuracy and organization of all financial documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or office management experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Experience with invoicing, reconciliations, and basic payroll support
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
