Job Duties:

Our office is currently looking for an office assistant to assist our busy team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Request individual quotes through multiple insurance carriers on web-based interface.
  • Prepare spreadsheets.
  • Submit insurance applications and all required documentation.
  • Communicate directly with insurance carriers during the process and issue phase and maintain the database accordingly.



Required Skills:

  • Experience in an office environment preferred.
  • Individual must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Microsoft Excel and web-based computer experience required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
  • Good Communication
  • High School Diploma
  • Good Credit
