We are seeking a polished administrative and purchasing assistant with Accounts Payable (A/P) experience! Our client, an exciting and rapidly growing technology company, is looking for a team-player to support their fast growing team!

The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, will manage the front desk, able to effectively manage the accounts payable functions (Quickbooks), support the purchasing and supply chain departments, along with general administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Office support providing general administrative assistance, purchasing, reception and phone support
  • Assist Controller with accounts payable process as part of the position
  • Manage all invoices and the accurate entry into QuickBooks
  • Responsible for purchasing of all office supplies at this growing facility.
  • Provide executives with continued support on special projects and quick changing priorities

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience with general office administration and some accounts payable processing
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Team-player with ability to adapt to a changes within a growing company
  • Go-getter with desire to grow within the role and take on additional responsibilities
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Highly organized, innovative, likes to takes initiative with ability to work autonomously
