Finance / Accounting Manager (Onsite – Boylston, MA)
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 (flexible for strong candidates)
Small, independently owned company (approx. 20 core employees) is seeking a hands-on Finance/Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting and financial operations. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to ownership.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee full accounting function (AP/AR support handled by staff member)
- Manage month-end and year-end close
- Handle cash management and financial reporting
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and basic FP&A
- Ensure compliance and reporting requirements are met
- Work closely with ownership on financial decisions
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong, practical accounting/finance background
- Comfortable working in a small business environment
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
- Hands-on operator who can wear multiple hats
- Manufacturing, logistics, or tech services experience preferred
- Not a corporate-only role — need someone adaptable and independent

- Full-time onsite (Boylston, MA)
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexibility available)
