Job Description

  • Description:  The Account Representative is the primary point of contact with the Customer and maintains a solid connections  throughout the entire lifecycle of the Project, from initial contact to final billing.  In the beginning of the process, the Account Representative establishes contact with the client, and explores their needs, preferences, project details, budget, and other factors.  Then, the Account Representative works with the Design and estimation teams at SSC to develop concepts that will meet Customer requirements.  Once the scope of the Project is defined and sold, the Account Representative will hand things over to a Project Manager, and work closely with them to ensure Project success.  Finally, the Account Representative will process final billing and maintain connection to the Customer to ensure future Projects are secured.
  • Duties: 
    • Heavy Customer interface.
    • Collaborate with Design, Estimation, Operations, and Accounting Teams at SSC to ensure Project success.
    • Generate Estimates in Company software (language and information only / pricing done by Estimation).
    • Coordinate with SSC Permit Specialist to secure sign permits.
    • Communicate signage options to client effectively with examples (photos, real life examples, samples).
    • Ensure all Customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
    • Achieve Sales Goal (negotiable during the interview process) every month.
    • Identify scope change and process Change Orders.
    • Conduct site surveys, which involve photographing, measuring, color matching, and other related tasks needed to fully document the Project site.

    • Basic MS Office proficiency.
    • Ability to use basic hand tools (tape measure) to conduct site surveys.
