Project Manager – Field Services / Operations

About the Role
We’re working with a growing, fast-paced organization supporting projects across construction and field services environments. Due to increased demand and more complex client work, the team is adding a Project Manager to help drive execution and keep projects moving.
This is a high-energy environment where timelines are tight and information can be limited or evolving. The team is expected to move quickly, problem-solve in real time, and maintain accuracy under pressure.

This is not highly technical work, but it is fast-paced, high-volume project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound client requests and project needs
- Build out project scopes and packages based on client needs
- Learn standard project types, layouts, and requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping details
- Problem-solve in real time to keep projects moving
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure execution
Ideal Background
- Project coordination, construction, trades, or field service experience
- Experience in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
- Exposure to project-based work or installations is a plus

Compensation
- Base salary around $65-70K (flexible based on experience)
- Incentive tied to project completion / installs
