About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and organized professional to join our non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to serving refugee and immigrant communities. This position combines administrative support and program coordination, providing essential assistance to the Executive Director and helping manage the Civil Surgeon Program, which provides specialized health evaluations for individuals pursuing Green Card applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Director.
Coordinate scheduling, communications, and documentation for key programs.
Support the Civil Surgeon program by managing appointments, records, and follow-up processes.
Assist with community health projects and organizational initiatives.
Maintain organized files, reports, and communications across multiple departments and partners.
Qualifications:
Experience in administrative support, program coordination, or healthcare operations.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Familiarity with non-profit operations or community health programs is a plus.
Comfort working with diverse populations and multi-partner collaborations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology.
