Well-established insurance defense litigation firm with offices across New England and New York is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This role offers a dynamic caseload, strong attorney collaboration, and a supportive professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
- Review and organize high-volume discovery and document productions
- Prepare trial materials, including exhibit lists and evidence organization
- Draft medical chronologies, summaries, charts, and trial visuals
- Conduct legal research and gather case information
- File pleadings, motions, and court documents
- Assist with trial preparation in state and federal courts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Trial experience in state and federal court required
- Strong understanding of civil procedure and legal terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
