Responsibilities:
- Write and post creative ads
- Source candidates on job boards
- Screen candidates: salary requirements, work history, obtain resumes
- Research, source, inmail, network and maximize LinkedIn connections
- Schedule phone interviews, vet candidates
- Set up qualified applicants with Sr. Recruiter
- Develop skill/marketing candidates
- Run searches – LinkedIn, Google, Indeed, Zoom, etc.
- Create marketing lead sheets
- Research open jobs and obtain contact information
- Set appointments/calls with a Recruiting Director
- Research, qualify, manage and track leads and related sales activities
- Function competently and competitively in a fast paced environment that requires research and time management skills
- Meet established activity goals
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Superior Computer and Research skills and adept at leveraging social media
- Excellent Leadership and Project Management skills
- Professional, high energy, engaging personality that comes across over the telephone
- Well-developed, effective, written and verbal communication skills used to gather information and engage potential candidates’ and clients’ interest
- Results-oriented mindset i.e. high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity
- Ability to present candidate, positions and services in a compelling manner
- Excellent negotiating skills coupled with ability to handle objections effectively
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work independently
- Excellent Data Entry/Typing skills
