A private Healthcare Facility in White Plains is looking to add a Junior Human Resource Generalist to their team! This person will provide support to the growing human resources team and assist with all areas of day to day human resources functions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Recruitment: Support all activities for both technical and non-technical positions, manage job board postings and manage the resume database
- Pre-Employment: Initiate background checks in Workday, monitor background results and consult with HR Manager if issues arise, Process all new hire paperwork
- Onboarding: Support New Hire Orientation program, Review all new hire and compliance documents, Manage I-9 portal (E-verify), coordinate with IT to obtain new hires photo IDs
- HRIS: Update employee Workday records, initiate various changes in the system, perform Workday Data Audits
- HR Initiatives: Coordinate employee training schedules, support employee appreciation programs
- Perform additional Administrative and HR Duties as assigned
