As an Insurance Claims Rep - CSR, you will be responsible for assisting people through all stages of the claims process while providing them with top tier customer service!
Fully REMOTE role, working M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
Job Requirements
Required Experience:
- 2 years’ experience - property & casualty insurance
- Previous high volume call
- Must be customer focused with superior customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office – Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Maintain and update customer records including personal & billing information
