Job Requirements

 

  • 2 years’ experience - property & casualty insurance
  • Previous high volume call
  • Must be customer focused with superior customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office – Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Maintain and update customer records including personal & billing information
