Inside Sales Representative

Our client, an established manufacturing company in Melrose Park, is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative for one of their high growth divisions.  The Inside Sales Rep will utilize customer, product, and industry specific knowledge to engage and grow the customer base while collaborating closely with the Regional Sales Managers. The primary focus is to grow revenue within the Point of Purchase (POP) and print segment through targeting new business, cultivating relationships, assisting with application questions, and cross selling products. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sales through outbound phone call and email efforts
  • Increase sales volume and exceed year over year growth targets in his or her designated territory
  • Coordinate with the Regional Sales Managers to create and manage action plans for key accounts
  • Generate new business while simultaneously maintaining and building long-term customer relationships
  • Profile existing and potential customers by analyzing purchasing histories and business trends
  • Utilize internal CRM system to record pertinent information on customers and open opportunities
  • Respond to technical customer inquiries and requests for price quotes
  • Ensure that the Company’s service proposition is being executed on a daily basis

 

 

  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Proven success within a B2B sales environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
