Inside Sales Representative
Location: Bedford, MA (On-Site, 5 days/week)
Compensation: $75,000 base + $40,000 commission (OTE $115,000)

We’re seeking seasoned hunters who thrive on high-volume outbound prospecting and can credibly sell on-premise IT infrastructure solutions (storage, backup, data protection) into enterprise data centers.
This is a demanding but rewarding role for someone who knows business development isn’t a stepping stone—it’s their passion.
Make 80+ targeted dials per day using rich cadences (top reps hit 1,000/week with the support of Orum dialer)
Prospect net-new logos and qualify opportunities for enterprise IT infrastructure solutions
Partner closely with field reps to drive pipeline growth and competitive wins
Manage your pipeline and activity in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot)
Ramp up through a 2-week comprehensive onboarding before you hit the phones
Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects through persistence and credibility
Achieve sales quota with a gradual ramp over 6 quarters (from $80k to $170k/quarter)
3+ years inside sales/business development experience calling into enterprise IT data centers
Proven success selling storage, backup, or data protection products (not SaaS to HR/Sales with occasional IT touchpoints—true IT infrastructure experience required)
Track record of cold-calling and winning net-new logos
Experience positioning product value vs. competitors (not just relying on brand recognition)
ISR background with proven field rep partnership experience
Conviction and passion for business development as a career path, not just a step toward closing
