Job Description

We are actively hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing our client with the best experience imaginable while also using the opportunity to up-sell and cross- sell company products! This role is also remote with all equipment provided by the company!
Must be within 5 hours of Westborough, MA
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service:
- · Answering high volume of inbound calls from potential clients
- · Managing inbound emails and cases in a timely manner
- · Up selling and cross-selling all product offerings
- · Asking for referrals and identifying new opportunities
- · Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Requirements of the Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service:
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- · Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize & meet deadlines
- · Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
