A small, well-established family-owned company is looking for a Junior Inside Sales / Sales Support Representative to join their team! This is a direct hire opportunity offering steady hours, great culture, and the chance to earn extra income through profit sharing.
Position Highlights:

Location: Franklin, MA (on-site, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)

Pay: $24–$26/hr ($50K–$52K annually)

Bonus: Profit sharing adds an additional $2–$4/hr on average!

What You’ll Do:

Make approximately 40 outbound calls daily to existing and prospective customers.

Support sales operations by handling shipping quotes, answering inbound calls, and assisting with billing issues.

Provide excellent customer service and help drive repeat business.

Occasionally attend industry trade shows (optional – not required).
