Key Responsibilities:

  • Share information and support on disability-related topics and Independent Living (IL) Services.
  • Conduct intake assessments and create personalized Independent Living Plans (ILPs).
  • Provide skills training based on individual goals and approved curricula.
  • Keep accurate consumer records and follow up on referrals.
  • Advocate for consumers and help educate the community about disability issues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong understanding of disability issues and a commitment to the Independent Living Philosophy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience working with individuals with diverse disabilities.
  • A strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese speaker.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday, four (4) days in the field with mileage reimbursement and one (1) day in Worcester office.
