Exciting Opportunity: Customer Service Representative
What We Offer:
- Full-Time Flexibility: 40 hours per week: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:15 PM, and rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM twice a month.
- Competitive Compensation: $17 - $18.50 per hour
- Remote Work Option: Start working from home after completing your training.
Your Role:
- Provide fluent communication (Spanish is a plus!)
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Accurately enter data into our systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on delivering world-class service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Strong organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.

- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
