Seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Tech with day to day support and maintenance for all related IT products within a growing company.
- Experience with administration & maintenance of:
- Windows OS environment including desktops & servers.
- Mitel desktop/VoIP telephony systems
- Handling and resolving IT helpdesk tickets
- Hardware & Software installations, configurations and updates
- Train end user when necessary in related IT products
- Security measuring ensuring the network not breached and enforcing end user complying of security measures
