Seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Tech with day to day support and maintenance for all related IT products within a growing company.

  • Experience with administration & maintenance of:
  • Windows OS environment including desktops & servers.
  • Mitel desktop/VoIP telephony systems
  • Handling and resolving IT helpdesk tickets
  • Hardware & Software installations, configurations and updates
  • Train end user when necessary in related IT products
  • Security measuring ensuring the network not breached and enforcing end user complying of security measures



  • 3 to 6 years’ in a Helpdesk IT support role – Hardware & Software required
  • Proficient in MS Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, basic scripting/programming abilities in PowerShell, VBScript, RoboFTP, or similar
  • Hardware or system support certifications: MCP, A+, Network+, or similar
  • Experience with Windows Server configuration, implementation, and support
  • Excellent internal customer service and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Advanced problem solving and analytic skills as it relates to the scope of the position
  • Proven ability to assess the environment and make appropriate recommendations

Salary based on experience.
