Call Center Specialist – Full-Time | On-Site | $17–$19/hr

Fairhaven, MA

Join a leading healthcare team where your customer service skills and medical knowledge make a real impact! We’re hiring a Call Center Specialist to handle high-volume patient calls, schedule specialty care appointments, process referrals, and deliver compassionate support—every single day.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
On-Site Only – No remote or hybrid
Epic/EHR experience a plus!

What You’ll Need:

  • 1+ year in call center or medical office
  • Strong phone, computer, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Utilize computer skills for data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
  • Apply medical terminology knowledge to assist with relevant inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless call center experience.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
