We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk with multi-state experience, excel, and Bambo HR to work part time – 10 hours per week. Hybrid schedule - 3 days a week with 1 day in office
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for over 150 employees across multiple US states, review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
- Maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization and adherence to company policy including compliance with federal/state/local regulations
- Prepare and distribute detailed reports, e.g., labor hours, overtime, leave balances, head count, and retirement contribution reports
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual filings and reporting (i.e., 941’s, W-2’s, etc.)
- Respond to and resolve any inquiries
