Title of Position: CSR
Payrate: $18.00/hr.
Pay Date: Fridays (weekly)
Overtime: occasionally may be offered but voluntary
Summary: Under the direction of the Associate Supervisor will fulfill regular duties of a Front Desk - CSR. The Front Desk - CSR will primarily be responsible for assisting walk-in patrons in regard to accounts, updating account information, processing applications, and payments processing. The Front Desk - CSR will assist with production backlog by daily processing web applications and/or emails, as well as other Production tasks as needed. The Front Desk CSR will also assist the Associate Supervisor in opening and closing the service center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist Associate Supervisor with daily operations of the office.
· Perform account maintenance.
· Maintain neat and accurate files.
· Open and close the office as needed.
· Assist in reducing Production backlog.
· Process tasks such as web apps, payments, transfers, emails, and option changes.
· Cash out and prepare deposit at end of shift.
· Participate in weekend rotation.
· Perform other duties as directed by management.
Required Skills:
· 1-2 years customer service experience.
· Flexibility in scheduling.
· Excellent phone skills, data entry skills, customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
· Adapt quickly, efficiently, and positively to various projects assigned.
· Works well in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
· Must remain professional under every circumstance with patrons and staff members.
· Must maintain a good attendance record.
Education:
· High School Equivalent required.
