Customer Service Representative – Lee, MA (On-Site)
Join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in Lee, MA. We're looking for a dependable and friendly Customer Service Representative to assist walk-in clients with account maintenance, payments, and service-related inquiries.
Schedule:
- Tuesdays & Fridays: 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM
- Wednesdays & Thursdays: 10:45 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturdays: 8:45 AM – 1:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service
- Open and maintain accounts, process payments, and update info
- Respond to walk-in inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and deposits
- Ensure compliance with service standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to work on-site and relocate if needed
Pay: $16.50/hr | Approximately 40 hours/week
