Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment? We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lee, MA!

Your Schedule:
- Tuesdays & Fridays: 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM
- Wednesdays & Thursdays: 10:45 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturdays: 8:45 AM – 1:30 PM
(Approx. 40 hours/week)
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service
- Help clients with payments, account updates, and service questions
- Maintain accurate records, handle deposits, and ensure compliance
- Be a trusted face for walk-in support and local assistance
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site (relocation assistance not provided)
