Financial Services Representative
Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Services Representative to join a growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and financial/accounting experience who is looking for long-term career growth.
This position starts at $17/hour during the temporary period, with an increase to $19–$21/hour upon permanent hire, based on performance and experience.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile and monitor financial transactions
- Process customer refunds, chargebacks, and returned checks
- Review and code expense invoices for processing
- Assist with month-end close activities and reporting
- Perform customer account and credit card reconciliations
- Respond to customer account inquiries in a professional manner
- Conduct variance analysis and ad-hoc financial reporting
- Compile monthly financial report packages
- Process checks and daily payment activities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of related financial, accounting, or customer service experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
