Job Description
Our client, a biotech company in Boston, is searching for a Finance Manager to join their company. This is a high visibility role where you'll communicate with C-level executives and will play an integral part in the budgeting, forecasting and reporting of the company and it's entities while also being responsible for business valuations. This is an amazing chance for someone to grow within an organization through their other brands!
This role has a hybrid work schedule and is paying $115-140k/yr!
Job Requirements
- Engage in financial valuation approaches and dynamics such as Discounted Cash Flow Net/Risk-Adjusted Present Value, and Real Options
- Help optimize the portfolio by assisting in performing gap analysis and model on how to fill the gap, due diligence, in/out-licensing, partnership, market assessment, and search and evaluation
- Seek opportunities to gain insight into business trends in the industry impacting key accounts and competitors, and utilizes this knowledge to help recommend business solutions.
- Preparing, completing, and ensuring the accuracy of financial models and sophisticated valuation analyses as well as the development of valuation memos
- Work with accounting department to complete the close process
