This role is a mixture of Administrative Assistant and Finance Clerk duties. You will be responsible for the administrative support of the VP of Tax and 1 other Officer as well as handling some administrative functions for the office. Finance responsibilities will including invoicing and reconciliations.
Looking for a degreed individual (preferred) with strong polish and communication skills with office experience, ideally in an Administrative capacity. Experience with invoicing a plus. . Excellent organization skills.
