Our client is seeking an Entry Level IT Support Representative to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional technical assistance and support to their clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their career in the fast-paced field of IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware for refurbishment and resale.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Document all technical support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Assist with basic IT tasks such as user account management and software updates.
