Job Description

Our client in Leominster/Fitchburg, MA is looking to add to their Dispatch/Customer Service team! As a member of this the you will be responsible for answering calls and assisting clients with their request for services or answering any questions, comments, or concerns they may have!

Hours:

Training: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm

Regular Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm

 

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answers high volume of inbound calls
  • Handles requests for services or assistance
  • Clerical duties such as typing, data entry, proofing, filing, binding, faxing, shredding, mail date stamping and distribution, photocopies and fulfills other general office support responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Call center or high-call volume call experience; or customer service related experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, clerical, time management, and organizational skills.
  • General knowledge and use of basic office equipment and computers; proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email use. Bilingual Spanish is also a plus, but not necessary
