Job Description
Our client, a municipality in the Greater Boston area, is currently looking to hire a Director of Operations to their leadership team. As Director of Operations, you will oversee a staff of 24 employees who work as members of the Operations and Facilities departments while working closely with the Director of Engineering on construction, installation, and maintenance projects throughout the community.
This is an amazing chance to work with a management group filled with passionate individuals who are working to revolutionizing the way things are done in their space and to see the direct efforts of your work in the community. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar capacity within another municipality or will have experience working within an energy/utilities company.
