Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and effectively managing a team of one HR professional, and another Payroll Manager.
Leading talent acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent and the development of effective employee retention strategies.
Developing and implementing performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
Driving organizational development and change management initiatives to support continuous improvement and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Overseeing compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages for employees.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, managing HR-related legal matters effectively.
Leading employee relations efforts, fostering a positive work environment, and addressing employee concerns.
Implementing HR analytics and metrics to drive data-based decision-making and enhance HR effectiveness.
Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business strategy.
