Job Description

We are searching for a Development Manager with amazing donor development skills to join our non profit client in Framingham. This is a great chance to work directly with the Executive Director within an organization with amazing tenure, benefits, and work life balance! They are offering 100% employer paid health benefits, in office 2 days a week, and work a 35 hour work schedule!

The Development Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with Corporate and Individual Donors while partnering with the Executive Director to expand their grant portfolio. Relationship building and project management skills will be key for this position!
